Analytical Balances and Scales
An analytical balance is a high precision scale used to measure mass. They have weighing capacities from 80g to 310g and provide readabilities to 0.1mg. Analytical balances are highly sensitive and require a draft shield for protection. They can perform tasks such as formulation, density determination, purity analysis and conformance testing.
Suitable for laboratories of all types and sizes, Adam’s analytical balances feature a compact footprint, so they occupy minimal space on crowded lab workbenches. These balances offer a host of features to simplify even the most complex weighing applications. Adam analytical balances are equipped with weighing chambers to improve precision and ensure consistent results.
Nimbus® Analytical Balances
Innovative design enables a compact footprint, so it occupies minimal space but retains a high level of performance. The Nimbus base is formed from a single piece of extruded aluminum, a material that provides superior temperature regulation. The single-piece construction offers greater stability, producing highly repeatable results. The weighing sensor in the Nimbus is crafted from a single block, and contains fewer parts than a traditional force motor balance. This optimized internal mechanism is fabricated using hardened materials, helping the Nimbus tolerate rigorous laboratory use. Efficiency in the mechanics, plus improved processing power of the electronics, leads to excellent performance.

Product Highlights
Suitable for laboratories of all types and sizes. Featuring a compact footprint, occupying minimal space on crowded lab workbenches. Equipped with weighing chambers to improve precision and ensure consistent results.
Efficiently perform tasks such as formulation, density determination, purity analysis, quality control, packaging and filling, and materials and conformance testing. Performing high-precision weighing and accurate results.
Uses basic “loss-on-drying” technique to simultaneously weigh and heat the sample, reducing the testing period and providing greater measurement accuracy. Replacing traditional oven testing & the Karl Fischer titration method.
